All users of Steve’s Toyo Sales & Service website acknowledge they have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth. Continuing, you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions listed below.

Orders

All orders are shipped per your choices/part numbers. If you are unclear about the parts that are specific to your model, please go to the support tab and look up your model. There you will find a parts breakdown and the part numbers for that unit. 

You may also gain assistance by calling us directly 907-376-9276, we are happy to assist you in selecting the correct parts for your unit. 

Return Policy

                                       Mis-ordered, wrong parts, or not wanted items, are subject to a 15% restock fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

All returns must be in the original – unopened package and fit for resale.

Steve’s Toyo will not accept returns on any electrical components.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Payment Methods & Shipping/Handling

Steve’s Toyo accepts credit and debit/credit cards from Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. ACH is not available currently.  The card chosen will be charged with a hold until shipping is determined.

All shipping charges over $25.00 will receive a call for verbal approval.  We ship all over the US by USPS unless otherwise requested. Ship outs are Mon through Friday (except for holidays).

We recognize the urgency of restoring heat. We monitor the web orders and get orders moving on the same day if possible. All orders go out USPS 3-day ground. If you need expedited – you must note method requested in the instructions.
